Cancellation Policy
I understand things come up! If you have to cancel your appointment please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. For last minute cancellations or no shows, I charge 25% of the original service price. Thank you for your understanding.
REFUND POLICY: If you’re not satisfied with your hair, please contact me through my business channels within seven days of your appointment. I’ll gladly assess the issue and provide a correction. Refunds for the service cost will only be issued if I’ve been given the opportunity to fix the concern first. Product costs are non-refundable.
